Orion is one of the most known constellations in the universe. Have you ever heard of Orion's belt, well that is a part of Orion. Orion contains some of the most brightest stars in the night. They are known as Betelgeuse and Rigel.
If you're a stargazer you probably want to know where Orion is. At night, if you look up in the sky and stare straight up you should see the constellation next to Lepus and the Canis Major.
The constellation was named after the Greek Hunter "Orion". As you can see in the picture below you can tell it looks like a human holding a club and a shield. Orion is associated with Lepus (the charging bull) or hunting the hare with his two hunting dogs (Canis Major and Canis Minor).
