You will need to include:

~Photos!!
flag,map, landscapes, food, historical reference, people,
your food that YOU cooked
pictures of what the food SHOULD look like

~Video
of some part of your process cooking or eating
of the food or scenery of your theme

You also need to include:
~History of the food in that country
~A historical or present day Chef from that country and information
~Explanation of your menu choice and individual dishes
~Successes and Failures
~Costing for the dishes
