Cardio exercises and their benefits for our body

Cardio exercises are the best exercises for burning calories. 60 minutes of moderate
intensity of cardio exercises are better than 40 minutes of high intensity. Before doing
cardio exercises you have to ask your doctor because not everybody can do cardio. It is
recommended to do cardio exercises in the morning, but some specialists recommend
also in the evening. One hour of cardio exercises daily is enough, and you can do 30
minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. During cardio exercises it is
recommended to drink plenty of water.
