This man named Michael Morton was falsely imprisoned for the murder of his wife in 1986 and served a 25 year jail sentence until he was exonerated. Evidence that was withheld from the court was found and DNA evidence plus other clues from the crime scene were discovered. All charges against Morton were dropped and he was found not guilty of the crime.

"Innocent people think that if you just tell the truth then you've got nothing to fear from the police," Morton said. "If you just stick to it that the system will work, it'll all come to light, everything will be fine."

David Ayers from Cleveland Ohio was falsely imprisoned for 13 years for the murder of a 76 year old woman in an apartment complex. Six police in Ohio not only withheld crucial DNA evidence from the court but they also forced one of his co-workers to make a false testimony and offered a bargain to Ayer's cellmate for less jail time if he made up a evidence against him. Ayers presented evidence and information to the judge and all charges against him were dropped.

Consumer Electronics Show, held every January in Las Vegas, Nevada. It is a large trade show where new technology, products and ideas are displayed by companies and individuals from all over the U.S and around the world.

Mercedes-Benz self driving car featured at CES, it is planned to be released in 2030. The car is battery powered and charged with Hydrogen fuel. Built for maximum comfort and features advanced technology to gather data through radar and censors to drive itself.

Oculus Rift is a virtual reality technology that was displayed at CES, although it doesn't have plans for release currently it is working on development and capability. This virtual reality headset has the ability to let the user experience virtual worlds from a first hand point of view. Currently aimed at gamers this would allow for an immersive and more real world experience.

Franklin Delano Roosevelt (FDR) was the 32nd president of the United states and the only president to be elected four times in a row (which is the reason why we have a presidential term limit set today).FDR was president form 1933 to 1945. One of the most influential presidents, he imposed hundreds of federal programs and practices the U.S still uses today. Contracted polio and permanently lost the use of his legs but founded the program March of Dimes that eventually cured polio. Led the U.S though the Great Depression and World War 2.

Major Richard Winters (1918-2011), was a World War 2 Veteran and Korean War veteran. He is famous for his leadership of the 506th parachute infantry regiment called Easy Company. Easy company were an essential part of D-day taking out German artillery that was bombarding the beach. Easy company infiltrated enemy lines and fought in key battles to the war effort, for example the battle at Bastogne also called the Battle of the Bulge. One of Easy companies most memorable acts was storming the Eagles Nest at the end of the war.

Fastcompany published an article about new sensors being developed that have the ability to track and read air levels,these senors come in two types: wearable accessories and speaker sized units that can be installed in your house. These sensors are able to detect if the air is clean or not or if there are dangerous amounts of gasses like CO2. This technology has the ability to let the person know what the gas levels are in their house and prevent accidents like a stove setting your house on fire.

This is a picture of me at Bryce canyon Utah, taken last year. This is a picture of me enjoying a hobby I love. I love to hike and visit national parks. I have always enjoyed the outdoors and I frequently go hiking and camping around Texas. Last year I visited Zion, Utah and hiked around the national park there.
