Exercise program in the park for toning your body

If you want to tone your body you do not have to go to the gym. You can do your
exercises even in the park. You can use only gravity and your own body for this. With the
help of a bench and a tree you can do various exercises. For example, for your shoulders,
chest, back and belly you can do the following exercise: sit on the ground, your back
supported by the tree and gradually lift your legs, hold for ten seconds this position, then
10 seconds pause. Do 4 to 6 repetitions. This is only one example of the multiple  exercises that you can do in the park.
