About Andrea Sugden
The recipient of a bachelor’s degree in finance and business management from The University of Tampa, Andrea Sugden began working in the staffing industry in the mid-1990s as a customer service specialist with Norrell Corporation (now Spherion Staffing LLC). Over the last 17 years, she has held management-level roles with other Fortune 500 companies, including Manpower, Inc., and UnitedHealthcare. Andrea Sugden now works for the leader in global staffing, Adecco Staffing U.S.
In 2008, Andrea Sugden joined Adecco as a senior vice president for the company’s Southern Division. In that role, she oversaw more than 100 branches and 350 employees located in 18 states; her division generated approximately $450 million in annual revenues and ranked as the top-performing U.S. division in 2009 and 2011.
Today, Andrea Sugden serves as senior vice president of U.S. sales at Adecco. Her current duties include national account management, client solutions implementation, and supplier oversight. At Adecco, she has received several accolades recognizing her performance and contributions, earning two President’s Club Awards and being named a Circle of Excellence Winner.
