Anxiety falls into the category of nervous disorders. It consists mostly of excessive stress or nervousness.
About 40 million people in the United States over the age of 18 suffer from Anxiety Disorder. Also, people with Anxiety Disorder are about four times more likely to go to the doctor.
If you have Generalized Anxiety Disorder your symptoms might include: a continuous feeling of worry, muscle tension, irritability, headaches, nausea, or dizziness.
This disorder is usually treated with therapy. It's mostly about learning to relax and learning to control the factors that add up to your feelings of anxiety. If you think you might have Anxiety Disorder you should go see your doctor or talk to your therapist.
Now, I want you to take a couple of deep breaths. Don't worry. Calm down.
Have a nice day!
