About A. Reddix and Associates
Founded in 2006, A. Reddix and Associates (ARDX) is a healthcare management consulting organization with extensive experience in Medicare and Medicaid. Led by President and CEO Angela Reddix, who was recognized as an extraordinary woman business owner by Old Dominion University’s Business Gateway in 2013, the company also sponsors a number of internal education and community outreach programs. For the past eight years, A. Reddix and Associates has dedicated itself to helping federal agencies and private companies provide efficient, quality service while navigating industry regulations.
Part of ARDX’s success is built on the promotion of professional and personal development among its Associates. To that end, ARDX offers an internal education program called ARDX University. Courses are offered at no cost and cover a variety of areas including project management, effective communication, and leadership, as well as public speaking, time management, software training, and conflict resolution.
A. Reddix and Associates also focuses on internal challenges through its President’s Advisory Council (PAC), which includes Associates at all levels from Junior Associates to Directors. As a way to brainstorm possible solutions to employee challenges, the PAC helps to increase job satisfaction and reduce turnover. In addition, ARDX fosters Associate development through its career pathing program which allows Associates to create a three-year plan to achieve professional goals.
