The Atlanta Bread Company

       In 1993, a small sandwich café opened in Sandy Springs - a suburb of Atlanta Georgia. That sandwich café was known as Atlanta Bread. Atlanta Bread quickly began growing, attracting customers around the surrounding area. In 1995, Atlanta Bread became The Atlanta Bread Company and spread across the United States. In 2008, there were about 110 café's in 24 out of all 50 states. As of today, the company is headquartered in Symrna, Georgia. The creator of this café is unknown but in 1993, shortly after the café opened, Jerry Couvaras bought the café, starting  Atlanta Bread International. The café sells a variety of food from sandwiches, soups, salads, pizzas, pastas, and many bakery treats.

          Jerry Couvaras saw a lot of potential the day he walked by Atlanta Bread café, and later on, he bought the company. I don't think he saw a big risk when he bought it. Most of the food there is shipped around the nation from trucks and trains. The company also orders items for their shop from around the world. The Atlanta Bread Company uses fresh food from around the United States and the rest of the world for better quality food. Since there food is so good - the café feeds a lot of tourist who come to Atlanta.
