20 Years of Leadership at GCI

Longtime Pennsylvania residents Aubrey Gladstone and Marianne Gladstone are the founders of Gladstone Consulting, Inc. (GCI). They are responsible for building the firm over the past two decades into a valued provider of guidance to companies in a diverse array of industries. Aubrey Gladstone leverages over 40 years of experience working in asset-based lending businesses, such as equipment and aircraft leasing, to offer innovative consulting services. Marianne Gladstone brings the organizational and team building skills from her supervisory positions at a major Pittsburgh law firm.

Aubrey Gladstone earned his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, where he studied industrial engineering and trained as a commercial pilot. He went on to earn an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, graduating with high honors in 1971.

Between 1974 and 1984, Aubrey Gladstone served as president and CEO of the National Leasing Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s finances and structure as well as litigation support. Concurrent with his work there, he served as a commercial pilot with the National Jet Corporation, flying a range of aircraft.

Over his time at GCI, Mr. Gladstone, working alongside Marianne R Gladstone, has managed over $100 million in corporate work-outs in a range of industries, including aerospace, transportation, logistics, finance, and healthcare. The GCI strategy is to take a hands-on approach to wind-downs often taking on management roles in the most difficult cases. GCI’s unique formula includes Aubrey Gladstone’s pioneering method of leading corporate work-outs, engaging creditors in the restructuring processes.
