3D Printing Mini Project
This 3D printed project is meant as a sort of jewelry organizer that can store various types of rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, etc. I wanted something that could serve a useful purpose at home while also being of a creative shape.
At first, I wasn't aware of a lot of tools in Tinkercad, so I had difficulty placing objects on the other objects. But others knew the solution, so I eventually learned that I had to switch where the workplane was.
I enjoyed tinkering away in a 3-dimensional setting. It made me more acutely aware of different regions of space and how to work in that kind of program. It's also nice to see a design translate into a tangible object.
Because I mainly focused on the functions of this tool, I didn't really make it as aesthetically pleasing. Next time, I'll flesh it out and create a more intricate design.
