I love the great tips I find at on the Team Beachbody Blog! I just read one by Steve Edwards that gives great tips to avoid sore muscles.

He lists these 5 tips: Start Slow, Minimize Eccentric Motion, Hydrate, Get Postworkout Fuel, Pick Correct Workout Programs.

Steve gives great explanations of these tips and even tells you what to do if you do get sore.
