About Aytac Nural
As co-owner of the Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar, Aytac Nural leads an upscale, trend-conscious establishment that spans locations on 11 West 31st Street and 7th Avenue South in New York City. He and his business partner focus on exceeding customer expectations through providing the highest levels of service and quality foods and wines. Aytac Nural’s venues offer unique chocolate martinis, dark chocolate fondue, and aged cheeses, with a focus on creating a vibrant, cosmopolitan atmosphere. Wines available span geographical locales from France to Argentina and include Cabernet Sauvignons, Chardonnays, and Malbecs.
Mr. Nural completed his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering at Eskisehir Osmangazi University in Turkey and helped complete a number of large-scale projects for Ozkan Insaat. He gained experience in the food service industry as bookkeeper with La Grenouille Restaurant in New York. Mr. Nural benefitted from the guidance of the restaurant’s owner Turgut Balikci in establishing the Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar. In his free time, Aytac Nural enjoys scuba diving; he has travelled to Maui with his wife to dive with the sharks.
