A wolf feeds off of other animals big and small but if they are not there the wolf population will die off. The wolves food need to have food, water, shelter and space but if there limiting factors(water, fire and temp.) keeping the wolves food from having the 4 things they need to have cause the wolves to die too or if a big snow storm came and some animals didn't have shelter they would die and if they had young ones they would be able to survive by them self.

Wolves had made the elks population go down over the years. It helps the wolves survive but the have been feeding on more elk than anything if they keep doing this eventually the elk population will die out in the specific area.

Energy roles

producers-plants or trees that produce energy in a food chain, web or pyramid

willow trees
wild roses
firesnag
paper birch

herbivores-animals that eat grass

rabbits
rats
ferret
squirrel

omnivore-animals that eat both meat and grass

Birds
bush pig
lizards
turtles

carnivores-animals that eat meat

beras
lynx
fox
eagle

scavengers-animals that pick off other dead animals

valture
crow

decomposers-things that decompose dead animals

worms
fungi

To have a ecosystem you need the have a producer.a producer gets it energy from the sun and gives other animals chemical energy and than those animals give other animals chemical energy to

Food webs can have more than one food chain and have more realism because in a ecosystem there's more than one animal that get energy from a other.

If you take out the decomposer(mushrooms) than anything that died would stay there and the body's would pile up and take up space which living things need to survive

Googlep

Producer-producer level-100%

primary consumer-first level-10%

secondary consumer-second level-1%

tertiary level-third level-0.1%

the pryimad is shape liked it is show it can show that amount of energy being transferred between the levels.

the producer level is larger because it can feed the rest of the organisms and the top level aren't as large because the amount of energy gets smaller.

I like your pictures...and you might want to add a little more sentences

Your last sentence is a run-on, but everything else is good.

Nice job, Mason! I like how you used a picture as your background.

Try and add a few headlines for each 'main idea' section. Also, don't forget about citing sources, including pictures.
