They celebrate Quinceaneras on a girls 15th birthday. They celebrate Cinco de Mayo because they won their independence from Spain. They celebrate Dia de Los Muertos to honors the dead. Las Posadas is celebrated becase of Joseph and Mary's long journey to Bethlehem to give birth to Jesus. Quinceaneras is celebrated because it means a mark of the passage of woman hood. Every body who is happy about their independence from Mexico celebrates Cinco de Mayo. Every body who wants to honor the dead celebrates Dia de Los Muertos. Every body who believes that Mary and Joseph made the long journey to Bethlaham to give birth celebrates Las Posadas. The familiy of the daughter celebrates Quinceaneras. They celebrate Cinco de Mayo in Puebla where the battle of their independence took place and they have parades their with people dressed up as Mexican & French soldiers. Dia de Las Muertos is celebrated by putting face paint of skulls on your face and decorating the graves of the families loved ones. They stay up all night and socialize with other families telling stories about their ancestors. They celebrate Las Posadas by dressing up and going into parades. Some woman dress up as Mary and the husband looks like Joseph. Every one who celebrates Quinceaneras have a big coming-out party for the girl.
