Speed/agility and Conditioning Camp

Start Date: June 30th End Date: August 9th
Where? Marquart Park
Who can participate? Anyone above the age of 13

Markus Goalkeeping is holding a speed and conditioning camp over a 6 week period every Monday and Saturday. Monday sessions will be at 12 p.m. and Saturday sessions will be at 2 p.m.

The purpose of the camp is to teach proper running mechanics, how to develop explosive speed, and how to translate that speed into whatever sport your child plays, whether it be soccer, football, basketball, etc.

The first and last session will measure each athletes 40 yard time, 100 yard time, and broad jump. This will help show how much better the athlete has gotten over the 6 week period and will allow them to understand what they need to work on to get faster.

The camp cost $10 per session and each session lasts one hour (10 minute warm-up, 50 working). There is an option to per-pay for the 10 sessions at a discounted rate, totaling $80 ($8 per session compare to $10 per session).

THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING JULY 18TH AND THE 21ST
