Beverly Cleary is a children's author and she writes some autobiographies, and she is also a librarian.  

The genre of just about all of Cleary's books are realistic fiction. Her most popular series according to kids was the Ramona series.

Ramona and Beezus was released on July 23, 2010.

Cleary's book, Beezus and Ramona was so popular that it was put into a movie! If you can see at the bottom right of the picture, they changed the name of the movie from Beezus and Ramona, to Ramona and Beezus!
