Bacon Jalapenos Deviled Eggs

A hot and delicious twist on a classic!


  • 12 Large Eggs (hard-boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp ground mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 6 piece bacon, cooked, crisped, and crumbled
  • paprika to taste


  • Slice the hard boiled eggs in half, lengthwise
  • Remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl
  • Mash the yolks with a fork
  • Add mayonnaise, rice vinegar, ground mustard, and sugar to the mash yolks and mix until smooth
  • Mix in chopped jalapeño peppers and bacon bits
  • Put the mixture into a Ziploc bag and cut a small hole in the corner of the bag
  • Fill the hole where the yolk used to be of each half of egg white with the mixture in the bag
  • Sprinkle the top with paprika to taste
  • Chill until ready to serve!
