About Benedict Olberding
Raised in a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Benedict Olberding followed this career path, founding two housing loan brokerages in North Carolina. He began working in the home lending industry in 2003 and quickly rose to top producer within his firm before assuming management of three regional offices in the Carolinas. In 2005, he launched his first enterprise, North Carolina Mortgage Investments, and handled everything from sales and operations management to accounting at the firm. Benedict Olberding went on to acquire a Federal Housing Administration-approved brokerage, which he ran for three years.
Today, Benedict Olberding offers marketing, accounting, and general management consulting and services to businesses operating within the mortgage sector. As owner and operator of GO Consulting of Davidson, North Carolina, he trains brokers and lenders in information technology systems and other activities. During his free time, Benedict Olberding enjoys boating on North Carolina’s Lake Norman. He also travels both domestically and internationally during his free time; he especially likes to visit family in Portland, Oregon. He possesses a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Oregon.
