Copy Right

Collection of rights that is granted to the author of a piece of work

1. Public Domain:

not protected by copyright laws because, copyright has been expired, work created using public money, donated work to the public.

            Example: Classic music because its copyright has run out.

2. Freeware:

Copyrighted work that you can use and give away for free.

           Example: High School Story, Since it is already free, there is not other program that cost money.

3. Shareware:

it’s a copyrighted work that you can copy, share and use for free.

         Example: a free trial

4. All Rights Reserved:

only allows the purchaser to use the software according to how the details are spelled out in the license agreement

          Example: License agreement.

5. Open Source:

Open source is software that includes the source code with the idea that someone can improve.

          Example: Chrome and Firefox
