Helpful tips for when fear strikes

1. Overcome challenges and you will overcome your fear.

2. Try to learn about your fear. You can read books, use the internet.

3. Therapy can also be a big help. Talking to someone about it will help.

4. Think about what your actually afraid of, ask yourself " Why I am this way?" What really am I afraid off"

5. Try not to hide from reality. Don't think that'll just go away because it won't.
