Breakfast Pizza

Preheat your oven to 450*

This is what you'll need
  • Pizza dough or flat bread
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Breakfast sausage
  • Fresh basil (if possible)
  • four eggs
  • salt, pepper, garlic salt, chipotle powder.
What you'll need to do:
  • cook the breakfast sausage
  • prepare the pizza (sauce, cheese and seasonings)
  • add the fresh basil
  • put the cooked sausage on top.
  • Fry or scramble your eggs (we did both in the picture above, two fried eggs two scrambled)
  • put the eggs on the pizza

Put the loaded pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes depending on how crispy you like your pizza.
