About Brett Chepenik

A well-established Jacksonville, Florida, entrepreneur, Brett Chepenik leads Timed Exercise as founder and president. With the underlying philosophy that every second of exercise is valuable, Timed Exercise encourages participants to complete 30 minutes of cardiovascular and strength-training activity on a daily basis. Brett Chepenik has designed this regimen to meet the needs of people of all ages and fitness levels and to help them develop improved flexibility and core conditioning.

Brett Chepenik holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Emory University in Atlanta, where he was a standout wrestler and athlete. Over the course of the three years he wrestled for Emory, he remained undefeated and earned the title of Emory Heavyweight Wrestling Champion. As a trainer, Mr. Chepenik’s professional experience includes personally training numerous north Florida athletes, principally professional golfers and soccer players. He is a regular guest on the local FOX morning television program, where he talks about health and fitness. He also coaches the Timed Exercise Porcupinos and the Timed Exercise Jefes in amateur adult soccer leagues. Both teams have achieved championship seasons under his direction.

Brett Chepenik strongly supports nonprofit organizations such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and he competes in the annual Multiple Sclerosis Mud Run Jacksonville in order to help raise funds. Money raised in this 10K military-style obstacle challenge goes to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s North Florida Chapter.
