Constitution by Summer Carwell


We the people of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, established justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Prosperity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Article 1

Section 1: All government officials should be apart of a Congress of the United States, that includes a Senate and House of Representatives.

Section 2: All officials in the House of Representatives are elected ever 2 years by the people of the states, the electors in each state must meet the requirements for electors in the most Branch of the State Legislature. No person can be a representative who is not at least 25 years old, and a citizen of the United States for 7 years, and when elected should not be a native of that State in which they were chosen. All representatives and direct taxes should be administered to the states that maybe included in the Union. Which is determined by the states population, including Indians (not taxed), and three fifths of all minorities (blacks). The registration should be made within at least three years after the first meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within ever consecutive term of 10 years, in such manner as they should by law direct.

Section 3: The rules and regulations that the senators have to abide by.

Section 4: Time, place, and dates that elections will be held.

Section 5: Each house of representatives has the right to determine their own rules.

Section 6: All the senators and representatives should be paid for their services and duties.

Section 7: All bill should be passed only by the house of the representatives.

Section 8: Congress has the right to gather taxes, duties, imposts, and excises to pay any of the US debts.

Section 9: Explains the things the government is prohibited to do.

Section 10: States are not allowed to join any treaties, alliances with other nations, or confederations and they also are not allowed to determine their own imports and exports.

Article 2

Section 1: Rules and regulations that the president must follow during his presidency.

Section 2: The military is in the presidents control, and he has the right to make different treaties.

Sections 3: Congress is given information for the state of union from the president.

Section 4: Any civil officers can be impeached

Article 3

Section 1: The judicial power of the US is determined only by one supreme court.

Section 2: All cases are extended by the judicial power.
