Cells!

Definitions

Nucleus- where a cell begins to make ribosomes.

Ribosome- acids formed together to make protein.

Endoplasmic reticulum- a system of membranes that help production, process, and transport of packages the cell wants to send out.

Mitochondria- an organelle found in large numbers in most cells, in which the biochemical processes of respiration and energy production occur.

Chloroplast- where photosynthesis takes place.

Golgi Complex- helps package materials to be transported out of the cell.

Vacuole- a large vesicle that stores water and other materials for the cell.

Lysosome- the part of the cell that digests.

Cell Membrane- a protective barrier that encloses the cell.

Cell Wall- a rigid structure that gives support to a cell.

Difference in a Plant Cell and a Animal Cell

The difference in the two cells are that the plant cell has a Cell Wall, Chloroplasts, and Vacuoles.

Tissue, Organ, And Organ System And Organism

The Organ System is a group of organs that work together to perform body functions. Organs make up the organ system. A Organism is anything that is living. Tissue is built up by muscles which is made up of cells.
