My name is Anna, I’m from Vilobí d' Onyar and I work as a teacher. I’ve been teaching both English and Pre-school Education  for the last 5 years. Before that, I worked at the airport of Girona Costa Brava for 17 years.

3 CONCLUSION

I assume that other people know more than me about ICT and that my experience with it before I started my course was very limited. I used power points, prezzi, audicity, YouTube, Email or the Internet as a simply research tool, and not much more.

However, I think that computers are our friends, not our foes and that they are useful in many ways. For example, computer programs are available that adjust themselves to the pupils’ level and then set appropriate tasks and give feedback on performance. Also ICT enable pupils to become effective independent learners. Moreover, I believe that using ICT in the language classroom students can develop their communicative and digital competence.

These are some of the reasons why I was interested in this course.

I think that I will use in my classroom some of the applications or apps shown during the course because they really have got a lot of possibilities.
