The Land Between the Rivers
Come visit Mesopotamia, in between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers. Here in Mesopotamia, you will see the NeoBabylonian Empire ruled by King Nebuchadnezzar II. You will enjoy the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, enough water supply to last a life time, and great land to plant crops. If you choose to stay in this wonderful land, I hope you have a great stay.
Where Will I Stay?
Where will you stay you ask? You will be staying in between the Tigris and Euphrates River of course. Where else would you stay? Not in the retched land of the Zagros Mountains. There wouldn't be enough water or room for food for everyone.
What Are My Advantages
Mesopotamia is a great place to live because of the Tigris and Euphrates River surrounding you. But it can be hard to control the flooding, so we built irrigation systems. We built these so we could control where we wanted the water to go. They help a lot.
Another reason that Mesopotamia is the best place to live is because we have invented so many things like the sundial, 60 minute hours, and 7 day weeks. We also invented the wheel and the plow.
The final reason to live in Mesopotamia is that we have a lot of land. We have the Fertile Crescent, River Valleys, and many different Regions. We are also the most advanced Civilization to ever live in Mesopotamia.
I hope that you decide to partake in a journey to Mesopotamia, the land between the rivers.
