Honey wheat pizza crust

Makes 2 large pizzas


2 cups all purpose flour

1 1/2 cups white wheat flour

1/2 cup whole wheat flour

1/8 cup honey

2 Tbsps olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 package quick rise yeast

1 1/2 cups warm water

In a large bowl add all the flours , salt and yeast . Mix flour mixture then add olive oil , honey then warm water . Mix until it forms into a ball . If dough seems a little dry add a little warm water .  On a clean surface add a little whole wheat flour and begin to kneed the dough for at least 5 mintues . If dough gets sticky add a little flour at a time . Spray bowl with non stick spray put dough back in then drizzle 1 tsp olive on top of dough cover with plastic wrap until it doubles by size. Then flip dough and split in two even balls. Round off both pieces of dough.  Put back in bowl until double its size. Grease two pizza pans with olive oil then  pat out evenly then  add toppings . Pre heat oven at 400 bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
