About Carl Likins
A veteran business leader and active community member, Carl Likins devotes himself to a wide range of philanthropic and nonprofit initiatives. Over the past two decades, he has held leadership roles with several charitable groups, including serving as an officer with Rotary International and a board member for the United Way of Lee County. Carl Likins also gives back to his community through his involvement with organizations such as Faith in Action, Arts for Act, and the Lee County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
Professionally, Carl Likins serves as a collection manager for Client Services, Inc., a premier accounts receivable and call center management company based in St. Charles, Missouri. In his role with the firm, Mr. Likins handles a wide range of duties, including acquiring new accounts, managing client portfolios, and coordinating new operations.
Mr. Likins attended the Indiana Insurance and Banking Association School, where he earned licenses for property, casualty, life, and health insurance. Previously, he attended Vincennes University and Indiana State University.
