Early in her career, Carmen Arruda worked in real estate sales and served as a Loan Officer for California Financial Group. In the 1990s, she was the owner and Manager of Real Estate Company Los Angeles. Serving highly successful builders, she specialized in managing sales and marketing initiatives. Real Estate Company Los Angeles eventually achieved nearly $3 million in sales. More recently, Ms. Arruda was a title insurance Account Executive for Lawyers Title.

2014 Week-Long Challenge Through

Carmen Arruda currently serves as the assistant vice president and regional account manager of Fidelity National Title Insurance Company in Bellevue, Washington. Alongside her career, Carmen Arruda focuses on becoming a person of value; she regularly seeks out ways to support her community, like working with organizations such as offers information on the Hunt, a week-long campaign to take place from August 4th through August 10th, 2014, that will provide a series of challenges to benefit the local community. The organization will unveil a new challenge for every day of the week, each of which will be created by members of to improve the community by addressing such issues as discrimination, education, the environment, physical and mental health, and poverty. Participants will also compete for prizes provided by Toyota, including two $10,000 scholarships.
