Accomplished real estate management and development professional Carol Massoud began her career overseeing high-rise residential properties in Montreal more than 25 years ago. In 2012, Carol Massoud accepted her current position, vice president of development at Maestri Terra, Inc., where she oversees delivery of project design, planning, and related services while supporting the company’s leasing, project, and asset management divisions.
A licensed real estate agent, Carol Massoud earned her certified property manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 1996. She holds an MBA from Concordia University in Montreal and a BA in business administration from Saint Joseph University in Lebanon. From 1987 until 1999, she held various property management positions with Montreal companies. In 2000, she joined VINCI Park Canada as a director of development and operations. In this role, she introduced VINCI Park to the Canadian market and assisted the business in establishing a sizable portfolio in North America.
Prior to joining Maestri Terra, Carol Massoud held other executive leadership roles. At ING Real Estate, she oversaw leasing and property management for a $500 million commercial real estate portfolio. As a regional director for Colliers International, she coordinated all leasing and management operations for the business’ Quebec- and Ottawa-based industrial and commercial properties.
