About Carolyn M. Young Fiduciary Services
Carolyn M. Young Fiduciary Services offers financial and
quality-of-life assistance to people in need of these services. As a
fiduciary with 25 years of experience, Ms. Young is responsible for
managing $75 million in assets for her clients. She is a private
professional fiduciary and a licensed member of the Professional
Fiduciary Association of California.
Clients who use Ms. Young’s fiduciary services are individuals who no longer desire or are able to make financial and health care decisions for themselves. They may be elderly and have memory loss or dementia, or they may no longer want to worry about their finances and decide to turn their affairs over to a fiduciary (also known as a personal estate representative or trustee).
A fiduciary professional’s services are financial as well as personal. Ms. Young helps clients sell or rent properties, sell or store personal property, file tax returns, and invest prudently with their investment managers. She also sees that her clients’ assets and financial matters are resolved after death by working with attorneys and family members to administer estates, file taxes, prepare accounts, and administer trusts as required through the difficult bereavement time. Carolyn Young is committed to the long-term care of her clients and guarantees her services even if they are no longer able to pay. She will help them apply for public benefits and continue her work with no pay; she currently does 15 to 20 percent of her work pro bono.
Carolyn M. Young Fiduciary Services serves clients in the central California counties of Sacramento, El Dorado, Nevada, Placer, and San Joaquin. When she is not working she enjoys cooking, travel, walking, and theater. Since learning of her grandson’s diagnosis of juvenile diabetes, she and her family have supported the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
