        In CCISD we believe that today’s experiences are as valuable as tomorrow’s opportunities and that one’s heartfelt passion creates limitless possibilities.  These beliefs hold true in the way we want our students and teachers to learn and grow.  Because trust is built on what we do, not just what we say, CBHS has adopted a Personalized Professional Learning (PPL) Plan .  Because we believe each person possesses unique talents and creative ability, their needs to grow professionally are also unique and diverse.  Therefore, at Clear Brook, each person bears the responsibility to create his or her future in this profession, in this district, and in this school.  

What have we done in the past?

THE ONLY WAY OUR KIDS GET BETTER IS IF WE, AS TEACHERS, GET BETTER

We have the beginnings of a plan!  

The action team wanted to unite  the initiatives we have been using for the past four years into one cohesive plan:

Common Leanrning Framework (CLF), Trailblazers & Pioneers, Technology Integration, STOP Light Learning (SLL), and Personalized Professional Learning

We sketched out goals, a timeline, and a plan for the 2015 - 2016 school year.

This draft on a white board in the library classroom seemed to bring it all together for the team and we hope, for CBHS as a campus.

The major "players" in the plan are the faculty as a whole, the trailblazers and pioneers, and the action team.  

We have 4 major initiatives for the entire Faculty

3.  STOP Light Learning Observations

4.  Tune Ups
