Chocolate chips cookies

The recipe

Substances for 24 cookies

125g soft butter

1 cup brown sugar Demerara (240 g)

3 tablespoons white sugar (60 g)

1 large egg

2 tsp real vanilla extract

1 ¾ cups flour (250 g)

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1½ teaspoons instant coffee

1 ½ cups chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate


1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees

2. Use a mixer to beat butter and sugar until fluffy texture (about 30 seconds)

3. Add egg and vanilla extract and continue beating for another 30 seconds an other bowl mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Gradually add the mixer when it is on low speed. Finally add the coffee and chocolate and stir slightly.

5. Create small balls , place the balls in the dish baking . So you get crispy cookies in the sides and soft in the center

6. Bake for 20 minutes
