Celebrating Arts Education in Cleveland

Join Young Audiences of Northeast Ohio to celebrate Arts Education in Cleveland. Celebrating Arts Education in Cleveland will feature an evening of student music and dance performances, as well as visual art exhibits and interactive displays. The event will also honor other arts educator leaders in the Northeast Ohio community.

Performances Featuring:

Franklin D. Roosevelt students who attend the after-school Young Audiences programming will perform on frame and African drums under the direction of Professional Teaching Artist Linda Thomas Jones (Linda is seen in the photo above!)

Campus International third-grade students will perform their “tea party” under the direction of Choreographer and Professional Teaching Artist Tom Evert and Music Teacher Janice Pohl.

A.J. Rickoff 7th grade students will present their original poems, created under the guidance of Poet and Professional Teaching Artist Carla Thompson.
