About Charles Maragianis

Corporate Sales Executive Charles Maragianis possesses more than 20 years of experience in obtaining strategic corporate accounts, developing relationships with VPs and C-level officers at global 1000 corporations, and achieving over 100 percent of new and upsell quotas on a yearly basis. During the course of his career, Charles Maragianis has managed numerous complex deals, including winning accounts with such industry giants as Time Warner Cable and Northrop Grumman.

Mr. Maragianis started his career as an account executive at Arch Communications Group before joining North Shore Marketing, Inc., in 1995. At North Shore Marketing, he held the responsibility of opening a new office in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, for which he hired, trained, and managed all field representatives.

In July 1998, Charles Maragianis founded his own firm, Phase 1, Inc., which sold hardware and software solutions to major corporations such as Verizon, AT&T, and Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. Within a year, he grossed over one million dollars in revenue. After succeeding in sales roles that held increasing responsibility at Michigan-based customer relationship management services firm Connecting Neighbors and Massachusetts-based human capital management services firm, Charles Maragianis accepted a position with Augment Consulting Management Services in North Carolina, where he has since worked his way up to the position of Branch Manager.
