Instructional/ Technology Coach
My name is Chelsey Eminger. I am currently a third grade teacher at Mentor Public Schools. Before returning to the classroom, I was an Instructional/ Technology Coach for two years. Prior to becoming a coach I was a first grade teacher at Hopkins Elementary for four years. I am constantly trying to learn new things and solve problems. Google, Twitter, Coursera, and Sophia are some of my favorite places to go for self-directed professional development. I have learned that there will ALWAYS be something new to learn!

More About Me?
I use Twitter to keep up to date on things that are happening in education. I network with educators from around the world on Twitter, which helps when I need expert advice!
My resume showcases the many opportunities I have had as a teacher. I have been invited to speak at many conferences and professional development sessions to share what I have been doing as a teacher and as a coach.
I began this "Did You Know??" blog to give short bits of information out to others. I typically use it to report new technology tools that I have learned about and would suggest to others for classroom use.
I have a large variety of YouTube videos on my page. I have been responsible for creating several building-wide videos, which remain hidden for the privacy of our students. I have several how-to videos that teachers had requested. There is even a fun video that I edited that our school staff created as an incentive!
