Experienced Staffing and Operations Leader
Throughout his tenure as part of the leadership team of Restaurants Unlimited, Inc., Chris Ideson has overseen both overall strategic planning and staff development. He manages all human resources decisions, including transfer, promotion, and performance counseling while also evaluating staffing needs at each location and creating job descriptions. Chris Ideson takes the same comprehensive approach to managing not only the company’s profit and loss processes but its new product development, marketing, and technology integration as well.
Chris Ideson joined the staff of Restaurants Unlimited in 2007 as a brand leader. Having demonstrated his ability to communicate the unique nature of each of the company’s 21 brands, he became a regional operations director in 2010, and in 2011, he accepted his current position as a senior regional operations director, which entails oversight of the organization’s locations in Alaska, California, Oregon, and Washington.
Mr. Ideson received his BA in hospitality and tourism from the University of Wisconsin–Stout and MA in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington.
