Attorney at Law with Accomplished Background

An attorney with more than 15 years of experience, J. Christopher (Chris) Llinas recently established his private legal practice in Ocean Pines, Maryland. There, he focuses on criminal and traffic defense and construction and civil litigation. Additionally, Chris Llinas represents clients in matters of criminal, civil, and administrative appeals.

Chris Llinas previously served as corporate counsel at Royal Plus, Inc., located in Snow Hill, Maryland. Among other responsibilities, he oversaw legal activity and endeavored to ensure regulatory compliance and avoid disputes with the company’s various partners and subsidiaries.

Prior to beginning his career, J. Christopher Llinas completed a BA in English at Salisbury University. Subsequently, he earned a JD from the Franklin Pierce Law Center (now the University of New Hampshire School of Law), from which he graduated second in his class after fulfilling a two-year teaching assistantship in constitutional law and civil procedure. While a law student, he also contributed to the Annual Survey of New Hampshire Law and participated in the 1996 National Health Law Moot Court Competition and the 1997 National Trial Advocacy Competition.
