Chris Young Producer - Voting Member

Chris Young Producer is a prominent record producer who has worked with some of the top talents in the music industry. He is a member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, Producer's and Engineer's wing, and has been since 2010.

He attended the 2015 Grammy Awards ceremony as a voting member of the Academy. Voting members of the Recording Academy are professionals like Chris Young Producer, with creative or technical credits on at least six commercially released recordings or their equivalent. Chris Young produced and co-wrote the Natasha Ashworth song "Back to You," which reached #24 on the Billboard Dance/Club charts.

He is also credited with developing, producing and co-writing music with Duncan Morely that charted in the Top 25 of Billboard Dance/Club songs, and with Janine Berenson's "Strong," which made it to the #33 position on the Billboard Dance/Club charts.

Chris Young Producer is a civically engaged, socially responsible entertainment executive, “my business practices are ethical and efficient”. As he knows, the Recording Academy has more than twenty thousand entries each year, so narrowing that down to the few that are worthy of a statuette is an important responsibility, and one that he does not take lightly.

Chris Young Producer has also been the music supervisor for major New York Fashion Week designers' runway shows. He produced and debuted the song "Forever" by Gabriel Day Lewis on FM radio WPTY 103.5 with Grammy Nominated DJ Mike Rizzo, the American DJ, producer and re-mixer in New York.
