An aviation professional, Chuck Stumpf applies his experience in the field as the cofounder of and a consultant with HMS Aviation, Inc. Headquartered in Santa Barbara, California, Stumpf aids business clients in buying and selling high-end corporate jet aircraft. His firm uses state-of-the-art technology, an understanding of market trends, and extensive research to find the right planes for its customers and to negotiate deals on their behalf. Since the inception of HMS Aviation in 2003, Chuck Stumpf has completed more than $1 billion in transactions.

Before commencing his career, Chuck Stumpf enlisted in the United States Navy. During his seven years in the service, he served as a dive instructor for its special warfare program, a trainer and tester for advanced Navy physical readiness, and a special-operations medical coordinator. After leaving the Navy, he attended Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and acquired a bachelor of science with a major in aviation business administration and a minor in business computer applications. In addition, Chuck Stumpf garnered a certificate in developing leadership capability in the corporate aviation environment from the University of Virginia. Subsequently, he held executive positions with Jetnet, LLC, Garrett Aviation, and JetSuite, Inc., before focusing on his current endeavor.
