Soda Suicide

After reading the article Eating too much added sugar may be killing you and taking in these facts, I have realized that we eat these harmful food everyday but we don't usually take it into consideration. For me, I am now very concerned of my health and sugar intake because I drink different types of sodas or drinks at least 2 times everyday. Yang says "one can of regular soda contains about 140 calories of added sugar", which is even more than the recommended amount of sugar intake that is recommended for a women. Because of the different health problems that too much sugar can give me like heart attacks or diabetes, I have decided to watch what I eat and cut down on these beverages that is so harmful to my body and future.
