Plate Tectonics :

Who Is Alfred Wegener?
Alfred Wegener Is the scientist that theorized plate tectonics, plate tectonics is a theory explaining the structure of the earth's crust and many associated phenomena as resulting from the interaction of rigid lithospheric plates that move slowly over the underlying mantle.

1) Convergent boundary- is an actively deforming region where two or more tectonic plates of the lithosphere move toward each other and collide.
2) Divergent boundary-a linear feature that exists between two tectonic plates that are moving away from each other.
3) transform boundary- occurs when two plate tectonics slide alongslide eachother.
