Why is nutrition important?

Nutrition is a major factor for how healthy our body is. We are what we eat so if we eat junk then our body becomes less and less healthy. Especially for teenagers, nutrition is a big part of life. It can determine how much energy you have for the day, or how strong or fit your body is. The consequences for bad nutrition is so many diseases later on in life, bad fitness, fatigue, etc.
