About Cory Plock
An internationally published scholar, Cory Plock, PhD, has been active in the information technology industry for more than two decades, developing a focus on embedded software design and development. Beginning his undergraduate education with Western Connecticut State University, Cory Plock graduated summa cum laude and went on to complete the computer science graduate program at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a 4.0 GPA. He later completed his doctorate at New York University in 2008 while managing Connecticut Custom Software.
After completing his postdoctoral education, Cory Plock transitioned to a position as president of Prolifogy Inc. in 2010, a firm focused on connecting organizations with IT professionals with highly specialized proficiencies in different phases of software development. In addition to his management responsibilities with Prolifogy Inc., Cory Plock also lends his services as an expert witness as a member of the Thompson Reuters Expert Witness Group (formerly the Silicon Valley Expert Witness Group), and has worked with leading law firms such as Kirkland & Ellis and Ropes & Gray.
