One Workout Closer

After running a ten minute mile, I did 40 crunches, ~30 vertical crunches, ~20 open-legged crunches, ~10 frog crunches, ~50 hundreds (as opposed to the actual hundreds whoops...), ~10 toe taps, ~10 exercise ball roll-ups, 10 squats, and 20 assisted pullups.

Which left me feeling pretty good so far. Abs a little sore, legs uncomfortably but not painfully sore.

> Run a 5k/Go for a run at least once a week
> Get a tight, muscular tummy
> Lose leg fat
>Do five unassisted pullups
