This picture pretty much goes along with the whole scene or any scene with any part in the story.  This describes what is going on in the story because Anne and Peter are starting to have feelings for each other but do not want to admit it, and it gets brought up in this conversation because they do have feelings for each other.  In this quote it kind of explains what is going on in there conversation and reminds me of the picture above " I've just gone crazy i think if we don't get out of here soon... I can't stand much more of it." i think this is one of the question i also think this quote represents the picture good to when Anne says " we are not the only people that have to suffer" she is coming from a soft sweet tone that shows she has feelings for Peter which refers back to the picture. Thats why i chose that picture to go along with the story.
