A letter to the editor,
I believe Francois Duvalier is not a good leader. He has killed more than 30,000 people. He also steals some of the aid money instead of using it to help Haiti. He continues to rule Haiti because he manipulates the legislative elections to have his term extended. Duvalier also kills anyone that opposes him. Francois Duvalier is not the right person to be in charge of Haiti.
