Welcome to my website. I have been interested in psychology for over twenty years and have been providing regular treatments for over ten years. I believe that we all face difficulties at some point in our lives and there are a number of treatments which can help to resolve them.

I have worked extensively with a range of problems from simple phobias to highly complex traumatic disorders. This experience enables the people I work with to feel confident that I can understand their difficulties and improve their situation, no matter how complex they feel it is. I have extensive training and experience and an ability to make people feel comfortable talking about whatever is concerning them.

I am a Doctor of Clinical Psychology. This means you can be assured that I will use the best evidence-based treatment for your particular problem. As a Clinical Psychologist, I am able to draw on a number of different therapies. The main approach that I use is called cognitive-behavioural therapy. Research has shown this approach can bring significant improvements to individual’s lives in a relatively short space of time: many people can resolve their issues within 6, 12 or at the most 20 sessions.

Through my private practice I have worked with a broad range of people. I have an extensive experience of working within a medico-legal context and with those working within stressful corporate environments. Significant improvements can be gained through a combination of stress management and life-coaching techniques. My clients have described their problems as follows:
