My Goal Planning System!!

Well, it looks like I hit my goal!!! This means I need to adjust my goal and look at a new one. My big goal is to be able to enter the Sparton Race with the Provost Crew this July. I know it will be tough, as I am still training on my own, in Macklin. The Provost Crew do get together every Sunday, but I must admit, I drag my butt on Sunday morning, as I usually head to church in Provost at 11:00 my time. I guess this just means I have to suck it up and get myself moving to get here on time. I can always shower at the arena or the school. My next objective is to create a new GPS with a list of obstacles and what not for my next goal. I really think it might have to be around the idea of performing burpees. I dread doing them!!!

I have not been out running much lately. I am finding it hard to wake up and go. I realized this weekend that I am doing too much and need to set my priorities. Next year, I am not going to be teaching my evening and weekend courses, so that I can focus on what I need to do for me. Mental health is what I need to focus on in order to be successful with my physical health.
